1. Gift certificates cannot be applied to membership purchase.
2. Gift certificates are non-refundable and do not include a minimum
15% gratuity.
3. We gladly accept Spa Finder gift certificates for regular spa menu
prices.
4. Gift certificates expire 2 years from date of purchase. This policy
is strictly enforced.
5. Gift certificates are transferable but not refundable.
6. $39.99 special is not valid for non-member gift certificate purchase. View
our gift certificate link and you will be able to view our
non-member & member gift certificate specials.
7. Spa packages & groups of 2 or more (example: couple's massage)
require a 24 hour cancellation notice. 24 hour or less will be charged a 50%
cancellation fee per service scheduled. No show or cancelling when your
services should have began will be charged 100% of the services
scheduled.
*Sales tax & 15% gratuity on gift certificates will be collected at the time the
service is rendered. We cannot collect them in advance.
*Spa Finder gift certificates cannot be used for membership
purchase or to pay monthly membership dues & can only be applied toward
our regular menu price servics.
*Sales tax & 15% gratuity will be collected on all Spa Retreat, Spa Finder &
Spa Boom gift certificates when they are redeemed.
