Spa Retreat Membership Details
Membership #1 $49(12 months)
  • Paid members can return to the spa during the month and receive unlimited $39.99* 1 hour facial or massage sessions.
  • Memberships are available for 12 month terms and must debited monthly from a credit card or debit account at a scheduled date each month (no checks please).
  • Member privileges also include family add-on ( $39.99 per add on), gift certificate discounts** as well as discounts on other spa services.
  • Membership Special- Pay your membership in full for the year and we will reduce the cost to $39.99 x 12 months.  


Can I cancel any time?
Cancellation during initial contract
you may cancel your Membership Agreement during your contract term upon the following conditions:
  • Change of permanent residence to a location more than 25 miles from Spa Retreat.  Cancellations must be accompanied by written proof. Ii.e. driver's license, utility bill, etc.)
  • Permanent disability as established with the submission of a letter from your doctor.
  • Once you have completed your 1 year contract you may cancel your membership without penalty. All canellations must be written or emailed to relax@SpaRetreat.net  no later than 30 days of your next billing. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
Once you have been approved for cancellation you will be relieved from making payment.
